Exchange Rate used to calculate Financial Capacity for a Student Visa

Exchange rates are reviewed and updated by the New Delhi post every three months unless there are significant changes in the rate which warrant an earlier review.

The following are the current applicable exchange rates for a student visa lodged by the Indian, Nepalese and Bhutanese nationals.

$1 Australian Dollar = 52 Indian Rupees
$1 Australian Dollar = 85 Nepalese Rupees
$1 Australian Dollar = 52 Bhutanese Ngultrum
